"I called multiple insurers, but Gita master at State Farm in denton TX, beat them all with the lowest quote and didn’t just read a script she explained every discount, coverage option, and even made sure I understood roadside assistance for flat tires. Super patient, friendly, and genuinely helpful. If you want to save money and feel taken care of, go see Gita Master. Easily the best insurance experience I’ve had 100% recommend! 🚗✅"

"Don't not do business with this company. I've been a customer for over 20+ years with Kay. I have multiple policies with this office. I recently brought a EV And had a rock hit my windshield. I filed a claim at State Farm and was told in so many words that I had to get aftermarket glass to which everyone that they referred me to didn't have in stock, which at this point is a total of three different places didn't have the glass. They forced me to go back to Safelite and in the process of that safe Life has the glass but they saying they cannot do the calibrations on my car type. I contacted Kay and State Farm about this several times as not only did my policy go up almost $200 extra a month just by getting this EV insured through State Farm and now no one will answer my calls back on what I need to do to get my vehicle repaired. So I go from paying roughly about $200 a month to almost $500 a month and Kay and her team refuses to do right by me. I called the 800 number and they hung up on me because it was after hours and they don't handle glass. This is who State Farm is at this point it seems which is ashamed. After 20 years many referrals, multiple policies from car life and home insurance and I get treated as if I'm trash."
